"Restuarant smells amazing, wish they had delivery options but oh well. Great customer service from cashier, super friendly and helped me get a receipt later on as I forgot to ask initially during my checkout. Only complaint is they charge $4.5 for extra meat bringing the total close to $20, but still easily a 5 star experience overall top to bottom. Food was good they had the black sear on it that other restuarants dont do and I escpecially hunt for. Portion size of meat was underwhelming despite paying for the extra meat, a bit disappointed with the quanitity of meat, considering the complementing rice is however a great portion size and worthy of rememberence and conversation, see my pictures for sizing as I included my skinny hand for size comparison. Interesting art on the walls as well, music is not overpowering conversation great atmosphere with the smells. Will be back to this 5 star experience for more, will update later. Update: It was bigger than I thought after finishing it. Only criticism is not enough onions. Love the quanitity of beef, I was wrong. Gochujang sauce on the side was also a very nice touch. 6/5 coming back again Second Update: I came back a second time, and it was great. Cashier and chef remembered me, and even included some extra garlic seasoning as I had previously asked over the phone about grilled garlic as a topping as I like the flavor and the crunchy/soft texture of grilled garlic. Top tier customer service again, consistent food quality with the unique sear on the bulgogi and the chef even came out of the grill to indulge me in some very insightful conversation. Food and restuarant smelled amazing like last time, portion size good. Will be back. 6/5"

"Wow, what a journey this was coming back here. I used to frequent here in high school when I was at community downtown and they were across the street in Kerry town. Well, I can tell you that the flavors have not changed at all. I love Bulgogi and I can't seem to find any this good where I'm at in Alabama. I had a brief conversation with the cook, who has been making the same food for years and has perfected These dishes. I encourage anyone to come and check this place out! Go blue"

"Absolutely delicious food with great wholesome vibes and service! The prices are very reasonable especially for Ann Arbor. Portion sizes are filling but the food is so tasty it'll have you ordering seconds. The food is not overly greasy/ taste fresh and yummy."

"Kosmo's BopShop is phenomenal! Definitely a must stop if you're visiting the Ann Arbor area! Only two items on the menu so you know they're both good! Visited for the first time today and going to make this a regular stop whenever I'm in the area, plus Kosmo is a super cool dude!"

"I was in Ann Arbor for work (I work at a charity) and I stopped in here for lunch. First of all, I had never tried a bibimbap and it was delicious. But more importantly, the service was impeccable. Don, the owner, really cares about his customers. He knew everyone by name, even me and I was new. You just don't see that a lot anymore. But every time someone walked in it was very clear that he cared about not only the quality of the food (which was a 10/10 btw), but the experience of the customers. He knew everyone customer, and even if he didn't he really cared about getting to know people. I didn't even talk much, I was reading my book for the majority of the time I was there, but even when I left he was asking me how it was and if I enjoyed it (which of course I did it was perfect) and thanked me for coming in to his restaurant. Unfortunately I'm not in Ann Arbor much, but I definitely have my spot next time I'm in town. Don just makes you feel so welcome every time you come in, it's very obvious that he cares about his customers as people and people he knows. I came for the food, but I stayed for the service. If you're ever in Ann Arbor and craving a healthy meal, I can't recommend Kosmo's enough. You come in and you feel like family, all while getting 5 star and delicious food. I will be back and have recommended this spot to my friends. Go to Kosmo's, I promise you will never be disappointed."

"Overall, I thought Kosmo's was decent but it didn't blow my socks off. The price was reasonable and so was the portion size. Taste was solid but lacked depth. I liked the spice of the gochujang and the tenderness of the chicken I just wish more than 4 toppings were included in the meal."

"I love the food at this place so much. It's more of a takeout place but I do dine-in when I'm going solo for lunch. The staff here is incredibly friendly and will remember your name after 2-3 visits. I had never seen different varieties of bimibop other than traditional before discovering this place. I'm obsessed with the beef stir-fry mix. You can't go wrong with any selection though. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to try a unique and delicious food experience."
